PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION FORM THAT ALL CONFERENCE VENUES LISTINGS ON CONFERENCE VENUES SOUTH AFRICA MUST NOT MARK UP ON THEIR OWN RATES TO ACCOMMODATE OUR COMMISSION. WE REQUIRE A COMMISSION BASED ON THE STANDARD RACK RATE THAT THE CONFERENCE VENUES CHARGE THEIR OWN CLIENTS. CONFERENCE VENUES SOUTH AFRICA GUARANTEES OUR CLIENTS THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY MORE BY BOOKING THROUGH CONFERENCE VENUES SOUTH AFRICA THAN GOING DIRECTLY TO THE ESTABLISHMENTS.

Please note that we do not want our clients to pay a higher price by booking through Conference Venues South Africa than if they went directly to yourselves.
