Sports Day - Outdoor Team Building Events in Cape Town

Archery - This ancient sport of warriors provides a change of pace where skill, judgment and a level head count for more than adrenaline

Air rifle target shooting - This event involves shooting at targets. Teams compete against each other for maximum points.

Frisbee Golf - The object of the Frisbee Golf game is to score the fewest throws while playing 9 holes.

Frisbee Soccer - Frisbee Soccer allows team members to pass the Frisbee to each other on the field and try and score as many goals as possible. The opposing team must intercept the Frisbee and try and score goals for themselves.

Volley Ball – Always a winner and enjoyed by all.
